Bell Electronic Technologies is pleased to announce the new AeroPerfect™ Universal Swashplate Leveler & Clamp. This precision fixturing device provides an articulating platform to which the MU-9000X USB HELI attaches. AeroPerfect's Universal Swashplate Leveler & Clamp represents a revolutionary advancement in R/C Helicopter setup. Because it attaches directly to your heli's swashplate and shaft, it provides a solid and accurate mechanical interface for precision angular measurements to be made.

This advanced setup system attaches to your heli's swashplate via two, 4.8mm ball socket links and a pair of precision, spring-loaded, square jaws. Simply attach the MU-9000X USB HELI three-axis, angle measuring system to the AeroPerfect™ Universal Swashplate Leveler & Clamp via spring clamps and you can set your swashplate perpendicular to your helicopter shaft (commonly termed, "Swash Leveling") and set the amount of swashplate travel in both cyclic axes. You can now be sure that your Servo linkages and Radio ATVs are set perfectly BEFORE you attach your Heli's head assembly- perfect for setting up your heli for 3-D competitions!

Because it's attached to two balls that are diametrically opposed on the swashplate, the measurement plate will allow setup of each axis independent of the other and move in one axis at a time. To setup the "other" axis, simply rotate your heli's swashplate 90 degrees. The AeroPerfect™ Universal Swashplate Leveler & Clamp will accommodate heli shaft diameters from 5mm to 10mm, so there's no need to buy individual swash levelers for each of your helis that have a different shaft diameter.

Because the spring jaws have a 90 degree cross-section, the plate onto which the MU-9000X USB HELI rests is set 90 degrees to the heli shaft. The MU-9000X USB HELI can now be used to establish a zero degree reference point and to make swash deflection measurements in both cyclic axes.
